These are lifted 6” square post mount bases (8" size in process). Powder coated in black. They are 1/4” thick solid steel one piece mounting brackets that have four decorative uprights with mounting holes. Inside plate is also 1/4” thick and mounts to the bottom of the post. Then the post sits inside the mounting bracket on the heads of the bolts holding the base plate. This raises the bottom of the post off the mounting surface allowing for drainage.
